Company Overview

Cromptons Solicitors was established in the heart of Bolton with a simple aim: to provide clear, practical legal advice for people who have suffered an injury or believe their consumer rights have been breached.

We understand that making a legal claim can feel daunting. Many people are unsure whether they have a claim, what the process involves, or how much it might cost. That is why we focus on providing straightforward advice, honest guidance and regular communication from the outset.

With more than 50 years of combined legal experience, our team has successfully represented clients nationwide across a wide range of personal injury and consumer rights matters. Our solicitors are independently accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), demonstrating recognised expertise in personal injury law.

Cromptons Solicitors is also proud to be Lexcel accredited. Lexcel is the Law Society’s recognised quality standard for legal practices and is awarded only to firms that meet high standards of client care, case management, risk management and business operations. Our accreditation demonstrates our commitment to delivering a professional, efficient and client-focused service.

What truly sets us apart is our approach. We believe every client deserves personal attention and expert representation. You will never be treated as just another file number; we place our clients at the centre of everything we do and work hard to achieve the best possible outcome for every case.

We are committed to providing excellent value and high-quality legal advice. Our clients can proceed with confidence, knowing there are no hidden costs and that many claims can be pursued under our market-leading No Win No Fee service.

At Cromptons Solicitors, we are with you every step of the way.

History

Having decided to set up in Bolton, we wanted to honour the heritage of the town by naming the firm after one of it’s most famous sons. After great thought and consideration Cromptons Solicitors was born. Named after Samuel Crompton, born in Bolton on 3 December 1753, an English inventor and pioneer of the spinning industry whose forward thinking and innovative approach revolutionised the industry he operated in. His tenacious and pioneering approach in the pursuit of his objectives equals our own. It is this ethos that underpins the founding of the firm’s values which will continue to drive the firm and its growth in the future.
